CleverIQ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"), especially children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application.

1. Information Collection

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

• We do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations.
• We do not require account registration.
• All game progress (profiles, scores, level data) is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is lost.

2. Advertising (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to support the app. We have configured AdMob to be Child-Directed (COPPA Compliant).

• Non-Personalized Ads: We only request non-personalized ads. This means ads are based on the content of the app, not on a user's past behavior or personal data.
• Restricted Categories: We have blocked sensitive categories and ads not suitable for children (e.g., gambling, alcohol, dating).
• Ad Tracking: We do not use Advertising IDs for interest-based advertising / remarketing.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Our app is designed for children and families. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
• We do not allow social sharing or external links that are not protected by a "Parental Gate".

4. Permissions

The app requests minimal permissions:

• Internet Access: Required to load safe, non-personalized ads.
• Storage/Audio: Required for game assets and sound effects.
